Focused scope. Expert execution.

AI and data systems for the businesses that keep the real world running.

Equipment dealers. Contractors and trades. I bring 26 years of enterprise IT — GE Aerospace, IBM, athenahealth — and a master's in cybersecurity to the industries I actually work in: I build and run AI-powered platforms in the equipment dealer world, and I own a concrete business in Las Vegas. Fixed-scope engagements, no hourly meter, and AI leverage that makes small teams compete like big ones.

Who It's For

Two industries. Deep in both. Nothing generic.

Vertical One

Equipment Dealers & Ag Businesses

I run digital platforms inside the equipment dealer world day to day — AI-powered parts discovery and e-commerce included. I know DMS pain, parts-counter reality, and where dealership data hides.

  • Parts & inventory discovery — get your catalog found online
  • Dealer ops dashboards — absorption, turns, backlog in one live view
  • Lead & quote automation with a human on approval
  • Integrations the vendors say can't be done
Vertical Two

Construction & Trades — Las Vegas

I own an epoxy & decorative concrete business. I bid work, schedule crews, and chase pay apps — so when we talk job costing, sub coordination, and GC schedules, I'm a peer, not a software salesman. I've also led cloud engineering for a publicly traded REIT here in Vegas.

  • Job costing dashboards — live estimate-vs-actual, readable from your truck
  • Bid & estimate automation — takeoff to proposal, you approve before send
  • Field-to-office capture — photos and voice notes become daily logs and change-order flags
  • Schedule & sub coordination without 40 phone calls

Services & Pricing

Productized and fixed-scope. Quoted in writing before work starts.

Step 1 — The Front Door

Assessment

A 2–3 week dig through your systems, data, and process. Where the hours go, where the dollars leak, what's worth fixing first. You get a written, prioritized roadmap — with a fixed price attached to every recommendation.

$2,500–5,000

Step 2 — The Fix

Build

One system from the roadmap, delivered: a dashboard, an automation, an integration. Fixed scope, fixed price, acceptance criteria on paper. AI-accelerated delivery means weeks, not quarters.

$5,000–15,000

Ongoing

Fractional Advisory

A senior technology partner on retainer: roadmap stewardship, vendor and SaaS decisions, hiring input, and a monthly numbers review. Call me before you sign anything.

$2,000–4,000/mo
Assessment fees credit 50% toward a build signed within 60 days. No hourly billing, no open-ended engagements, nothing under $1,000 — small scopes get bundled into work that actually moves the needle. Every engagement gets weekly written status: what's done, what's next, what needs a decision.

Security — Built Into Every Path We Take

Master's-level security expertise, sized and priced for small business.

Assessment Tier

SMB Security Audit

A fixed-scope audit of what actually gets small businesses hurt: MFA coverage, email posture, backup restores that have never been tested, access sprawl, and payment-fraud exposure. Findings ranked by real risk, each with a fixed-price fix attached.

$2,500–5,000
AI Advantage

AI-Assisted Testing

AI makes the thorough version affordable: log and configuration review, policy gap analysis, and phishing simulation at a depth that used to take an enterprise team — with every finding judged and verified by a human with a master's in the field.

Build Tier

Hardening & Follow-Through

Fixes, not just findings: MFA rollout, tested backup & recovery, email authentication, and payment-change verification workflows — the control that stops the wire-fraud schemes hitting contractors and dealerships alike.

Every build I ship gets a security review as part of the scope — it's not an add-on line item. The approach comes from years of owning audit compliance for regulated enterprise clients, applied at a scale a small business can actually use.

Track Record

The short version of a long career.

I've spent most of my career delivering programs where the deadline was contractual and the budget was board-visible. At GE Aerospace, I directed the separation and migration of 350 enterprise applications inside a $290M divestiture — twelve migration waves, 100% on schedule, zero critical incidents after cutover. At athenahealth, I took over a transition effort that had already failed once, inside a $5.7B divestiture, and beat hard contractual deadlines on two continents. Before that: seven years at IBM in security and cloud architecture for regulated healthcare clients, cloud and DevOps leadership for a publicly traded REIT in Las Vegas, PCI remediation at MGM Grand covering 65,000 users, infrastructure at a $12B bank — and early on, a managed-services practice I helped build that was acquired by Konica Minolta.

A small business doesn't need that machinery. It needs the judgment that machinery builds: how to scope work so it lands on time, what auditors actually look for, and when good enough genuinely is. That's what you're hiring — enterprise discipline, sized to a small-business budget.

  • $290M separation program — on schedule, zero Sev-1s
  • $5.7B divestiture — contractual exits, delivered early
  • PCI remediation at 65,000-user casino scale
  • SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST
  • M.S. Cybersecurity & Intelligence, Utica College

How I Work

Agents handle the busywork. An expert makes every call.

AI-Accelerated Delivery

I use AI agents daily to monitor projects, summarize status, and draft the routine work. That's why fixed prices land where they do — you're not paying for busywork hours.

Human Gate on Everything

Nothing goes out the door — no quote, no automation action, no customer-facing message — without expert review. AI drafts; a 26-year veteran decides.

Deliberately Small

A few clients at a time, chosen where I can make a real dent. When a project needs more hands, I scale through a vetted development bench — under my direction and my quality gate.

Start with a conversation

Tell me what's eating your margins or your evenings. If an assessment makes sense, I'll say so and quote it in writing. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.

  • You talk to the person doing the work
  • Written scope & price before anything starts
  • Las Vegas, NV & Central New York
